Comments: Hi Highly efficient female friendly no pressure sale, we were allowed all the time in the world to consider and then test drive our car. at no time did we feel we had a dodgy Dell boy type salesman eager to make a sale and get his commission, they took care and time to explain all the buttons and gadgets, and have been equally so after purchase when my memory didn't serve me well.As a female trying to purchase a car I was treated respectfully, not as a ditzy female, and made quite at ease in what I consider a mans world.I wasn't blasted with technical know how, yet they could asnswer all my questions in plain English, not high brow mechanics speak, provided I showed my drivers licence they let me test drive the car without a member of there team sat by me, as I knew I would revert back to pre test hiccups through nerves. Simply put. I cannot rate West Country Cars high enough for customer salesnot just to women but anyone, I believ them to be honest trustworthy and fair, Should I ever need to purchase another vehicle, I would not hesitate to return.

Comments: I first visited Suzuki Worthing in 2015 for an MOT and service; I have since used them for annually for service and MOT and also more recently for new brakes and tyres. The service is excellent, always clear with pricing, suggestions on maintenance/parts requiring replacing but only informative no pressure applied. The costs are very competitive and I always feel very comfortable in using them. I would highly recommend them for anyone but in particular women drivers.

At no time did I feel that I was under any pressure to buy, there was no heavy sales patter and James let the quality of the vehicle speak for itself. I did buy the car. Comments: I found a car on Autotrader that I liked very much and called to see if it was available, and it was just sold. Later that day I was called up by a friendly lady saying that the sale fell through and if I was still interested I could come visit their garage. They opened up on Sunday so that it would suit me. The welcome was amazing, the trust she gave me to take the car for a test drive, being welcomed in office and offered coffee, all was clearly explained to me what will happen next. I would certainly recommend going there, as you feel that no question is too much asked and you are not rushed out. A wonderful experience, ooh yeah she called the day after to ask if all was ok with the car and if I arrived well home. Just nice!

However, I was greeted by Shona who was very approachable and friendly. She answered all my questions without an overload of car jargon and made me feel that no question was silly. I was nervous about taking the car for a test drive but Shona was very reassuring. I didn't feel pressurized at any point and was never patronised. Comments: The waiting room was very clean, quiet and welcoming. Its seperate to where the machanics were working so I couldnt really hear much from the garage employees or machinery. The dealer I spoke to was called Mike, he was very professional, friendly and chatty. He went over the car spec with me,I took for a test drive etc. Mike was knowledgeable and he was up front about what work needed doing following their checks. The work was completed for me and I purchased the car. I am very happy with my purchase and would go to Gatehouse in the future for my next purchase. I was very comfortable through the whole process and would recommend this garage to anybody.

Comments: I'd recommend Imperial Cars Southampton to a friend because they were very friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to find a finance deal that was right for me. All members of staff I dealt with were lovely, from Mike and Russell in the sales team to Dominic in the finance team who dealt with the paperwork. I really appreciate all the time and effort they put in to help me and ensure I was happy with the sale. I didn't leave until 8pm on Sunday while sorting out the paperwork and not once did I feel rushed, they took the time to explain all aspects of the finance to me. Earlier in the day my car (a convertible) had been outside the forecourt with the roof down when they had a sudden downpour, so the interior was a bit wet. They took the time to ensure he (Pete the Mini) was valeted and the seats dried before I took him home, which I was really grateful for! I drove back to Essex (from Southampton) and have since taken the car to Birmingham and Norwich without any problems. My new car is amazing, and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Imperial Car Supermarket to anyone.
