Comments: I took my small horsebox as it was making a whining noise, the garage that did my MOT had been unable to locate the source of the noise, Richard found it less than 5 mins! I also had a few other niggling things mended. All the staff are friendly and approachable with no hint of the often patronising attitude that I’ve experienced in the past.

Comments: As a female with little knowledge about cars, the yearly MOT can be a little daunting. However I needn’t have worried. I was greeted with a friendly face and offered a choice of drinks while I waited. I felt totally safe and I was fully informed of everything I needed to know. I had an advisory on my MOT and the gentleman explained to me what it was that needed doing. I left feeling very pleased with the service I had been given and I would definitely recommend to others.
