Comments: Absolutely brilliant experience. Ben and Mark are wonderfully friendly and genuine guys. Communication regarding the work I needed completing was good and they were accommodating when I realised that I had booked on a day that I couldn't actually take my car in! Oops. I had gone to Okee having been advised (by some other "reputable" firm) that I needed all 4 brake pads and discs changing and Ben rung up to let me know that only my rear brake pads needed doing and that was all! It also helped that they were both interested in me as a person and didn't rush me out of the door when I had come to collect my car. There was complete transparency in conversation and updates frequently. I then got in my car to find that my little teddy had some friends in the shape of packets of love hearts! What a beautiful touch of customer service. Thank you both, see you in January for my MOT and Service :)

Comments: Friendly welcome - this was my first visit after seeing Okee advert in local gazette and wanting somewhere I felt happy to go to take my car for service/MOT. Have no hesitation in recommending Okee; my partner has since taken his car their for repair and we are both very happy.

Comments: I would absolutely recommend OKEE garage to anyone, especially women. I have had to visit them several times with my (old)little car and I cannot fault their work, speed or approach in any way. Considering my daughter and I were on the receiving end of some seriously sexist jokes (I mean old fashioned blonde jokes)at another garage in Wellington recently, it was a real pleasure to be treated so brilliantly by Ben and Mark. They never pressure you and always listen. The garage is spotless and they clearly have nothing to hide from the customer so I trust them completely. 10/10

Comments: Ben and the team at Okee are great. I have always been nervous about going to garages by myself and handling communication with mechanics but Okee remove all of that stress for me. They are welcoming, it's clear where you should park and leave your car, they talk to you in language you will understand and explain every item on your invoice so you know exactly what you have paid for. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone, especially females who have previously felt nervous about handling car matters by themselves.

Comments: I have never visited such a clean, tidy and welcoming garage. Right from the inital enquiry regarding quotes for the work to be carried out I felt I had complete trust in this garage. The communication was truly excellent. It was timely, polite, thoughtful but never patronising. I would recommend this garage to anyone. Their work was excellent and they couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. Well OKEE Motors!
