Comments: We’ve dealt with a lot of garages in the past few months, and naturally going for the big branded garages, which we ended up regretting massively and have vowed to return to Wood Automotive for any future car repair needs. Claire in reception is an absolute delight to speak with, and Neil and Sarah really know their stuff - they don’t treat you like an idiot which is a bonus! (Only adding this comparison after dealing with big Range Rover approved garages where you’re made to feel completely pathetic). I’d recommend Wood Auto to anyone in Chelmsford.

Comments: Found Sarah on the reception very friendly and helpful. Neil found out what was the problem was with my car very quickly. They were able to order the parts and have them delivered and car fixed within a few hours. I believe the pice was very fair and a reasonable cost. I will continue to use them in the future and will also be recommending them.

Comments: I was very happy with the service I received. The receptionist, Claire, was welcoming and offered me coffee while I waited. I was promptly told the problem and my car was booked in at a time convenient to me. Will definitely use garage again.
