Comments: Fantastic service received. Had originally gone to kwik fit arrived at 8.30am to be told they could have a look at my tyre but it wouldn't be until 3.30pm that evening. Started to panic as my tyre had a puncture and wouldn't have got me too far. Left and continued to drive to see if I could find anywhere else nearby. Came across Alba tyres. Did feel quite concerned being female and not the best when it comes to car problems however the service was great. Arrived at 8.35am and looked at it immediately. Fantastic service and would definitely go back.

Comments: The staff were very helpful, they didn't treat me like an idiot like lots of men do as I am in my seventies. None of the staff messed about they were busy all the time and I would certainly tell my family and friends to go there for their motoring needs.
