Comments: It's often hard to tell whether necessary services and repairs are being sold and I usually check with male family members and friends before going ahead. Statements such as "the size of the tyres for your car type are less common due to the age of your car, we have to get them in especially" etc.... are odd. There are plenty of cars around of that age and model (ford Escort Flight, X reg). Over the last 4 years the service I received has been good and it's nice that one of the staff working at the customer desk/answering phones is female. All-round a good garage.
