Comments: I like the welcome I received and the clear explanations that were given for the work done. Also, there were extras I had not been offered at an MOT before like a realignment of my headlamps which has made night driving so much better!

Comments: The staff at the garage are fantastic and so approachable. I was fully confident that they were doing what they said they would and were not misleading me as I have felt before. Such a lovely team and I can't recommend them enough. Ladies you must use this garage. A credit to the profession and I walked away with a smile on my face rather than a tear in my eye and a hole in my bank account. :-)

Comments: I received an extremely warm and professional welcome from the receptionist at the garage, and was impressed to find that the mechanics could deal with my flat tyre and complete an MOT straight away, without an appointment. The mechanics I spoke to were polite, friendly and very helpful. The charge for the work was fair, and I felt confident that I wasn't being charged for work that wasn't necessary. SMaRT will definitely be my go-to garage from now on!

Comments: The SMaRT Garage is a wonderful place with friendly and helpful staff and excellent service. They've clearly put a lot of effort into making sure their customers are happy and informed and it shines through. I was offered a drink upon arrival and the receptionist Susy was a lovely lady who kept me entertained while I waited for repairs. The mechanic, Veli, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting what I needed at the best price for me, and his team did excellent work on my car. It's simply a nice place to be. Furthermore, I was incredibly impressed with the First Step Trust charity work they do there and I'm very glad they're helping the community in this way. If you're looking for a welcoming, comprehensive and quality service I would absolutely recommend them.
