Comments: Very impressed today with the services at the garage: I had to change my left handbreak light bulb and it only they were happy to fix my car within 30 minutes of me calling them and ask if they were available, but they did the job very quick and free of cost: the job was £2, but I didn't have nay cash on me, so the gentleman at Reception was happy for me not to pay! Amazing place! Happy to be living close to Hemel Hempstead! :-)

Comments: I went to Kipling Motorists in Hemel Hempstead a few times before today and I was really impressed by the service. Today, though, I was very disappointed as over the phone after I left the car for repairs I was told the car will be ready by lunch time and when I got there at 12:40 they told me that it was a misunderstanding and that the car will be ready in "around an hour and a half". To me, this shows a lack of respect towards clients and their time and the person I spoke to showed lack of ownership for his mistake.I hope,at least, that the wait will be worth it and they won't charge me £433 only to find out that the car needs more things done to it or that I've been overcharged. The story is to be continued...
