Are you making the most of our female friendly marketing services?

Here is a checklist of our services and how to make the most of your subscription.

1) Check your female friendly website entry, email and website links.

Silver and Gold entries show you the number of page visitors you have had; this means you can measure the response to any campaigns you refer to your page. FOXY also measures the website clicks through to your website and confirms these to you at renewal time. If you want to measure these clicks yourself, please advise a distinguishing code to add to your link address to make this easier for you to spot in future.

2) Make sure your marketing materials are displayed prominently.

You should have 2 x circular window stickers and 2 x personalised business certificates on display. We have also sent you an optional Female Friendly Code to display if you meet it; this is not compulsory.

3) Where appropriate, sign up for

• the Female Business Ambassador network and PR opportunities
  (and here is a zipfile of the Microsoft Word version of this)
• the Club's garage offer promotion
• the Club's car fitness check network

4) Use female friendly logos at your website, on stationery, on external signs/vans and in advertising.

Choose the logos you want to use from the righthand margin then download hi-def images below. If none of these meet your requirements please ask.

To link a logo from your website to your Silver or Gold FOXY Choice page (and bypass the search box and area listings), open your entry page and use the URL in the browser address field as your link. It will end with your postcode. Where in doubt, ask for help.

5) Plan how to use gift memberships of the Club each worth £23

Assuming you have joined the Club's garage offer or car check network you can now use the Club's gift membership offer to attract new female business or keep in touch with existing customers. These are FREE to subscribers.

making sure applicants give your business name in the promotional box. The Club then keeps in touch with these members, and through them their family, reminding them of their latest free seasonal car check and any MOT, servicing or repair offers.

6) Tell FOXY Choice your news and offers

Keep FOXY posted with your latest PR and offers – where applicable, these could appear as online PR in FOXY Lady Blog, FOXY Tweets or in the Club's 'Women and Work' section (when about Female Business Ambassadors).

7) Ask for 'female friendly' marketing advice

Free for subscribers, we offer a website review, general advice and will write website text and promotional copy where required.
